Each of these DB necklaces is handcrafted in sterling silver with thick 18k, gold electroplating by artist and DoubleBlind ally Shana Lee in Hudson Valley, New York. Shana runs an eco-friendly studio which prioritizes sustainability and ethical business practices. The metals she uses are 90% recycled and purchased straight from a refinery. Her work has been featured in such magazines as InStyle, Vogue, People and Harper’s Bazaar and worn by artists including Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani, and Joss Stone. Her artistic process is labor intensive and informed by ancient forging techniques.
