Join DoubleBlind and Dr. Julie Holland for a webinar on how psychedelics can help us heal our personal, collective, and planetary traumas. Get instant access to the previously recorded Webinar + extra resources.

Trauma comes in many forms: environmental trauma, political trauma, ancestral trauma, and more. In the psychedelic community, we often talk about “trauma” as the root cause of mental health challenges. Trauma can present as what we think of as “post-traumatic stress disorder,” with flashbacks, insomnia, and fear. But it can also manifest as depression, substance use disorder, anxiety or another mental health condition. Trauma can happen as the result of one acute incident—such as from sexual assault or combat—but it can also happen, subtly, over many years. Many people who have trauma may not even be diagnosed with anything, but just be struggling in their lives and not know why.
In this webinar, Dr. Julie Holland will talk about the promise psychedelics hold for addressing our personal, collective, and planetary traumas. We’ll also talk about the risks of retraumatization from psychedelics and explore, more broadly, what trauma is. There will also be time for questions from our community at the end.
